I led a team of five to create 17 instructional videos on Enterprise Sales, featuring top-tier experts in a sober, steady tone. Delivered across six blended interventions, we fused interactivity, gamification, and video to engage users, showcasing innovative presenters for maximum impact.

Our team traveled to film expert presenters in another city, partnering with a media crew who demanded pre-approved scripts. These top-tier speakers shone off-script, and a teleprompter risked muting their flair, pushing us to innovate beyond rigid workflows under tight constraints.

I pioneered the use of pre-interviews conducted by phone with our experts and media team reps, crafting pointed questions—accepted as script alternatives—to guide on-camera responses. Our skilled presenters shone in a more natural setting, enabling deeper insights, delivering a blended program to 5000 sellers with a 4.8/5 user approval rating.
